Further Comments: A woman and her son walking along this road could hear shuffling footsteps behind them, although when they turned around, nothing could be seen. The sounds, and the feeling of being followed, lasted until the pair turned off the road.

Further Comments: An icy cold chill and mysterious bangs and crashes from empty rooms are all blamed on an unknown entity which has found home in the cafe. A fish and chip shop based in the building also reported strange events and a string of bad luck.

Further Comments: When boars lived wild, the Devil would periodically come out hunting with his hell hounds. They patrolled this area, inducing nightmares in any witness careless enough to watch them.

Further Comments: A team of ghost hunters were summoned to investigate this home after strange events scared the Parr family. Cigarettes would lift and hover over ashtrays, and cushions threw themselves to the floor. One resident also observed an apparition of a sad Victorian woman and a young man.

Further Comments: A postal worker was surprised to see a seventeen or eighteen year old man only wearing jeans and an orange t-shirt one early cold, frosty morning. The man carried a small bag, and his skin was incredibly pale. The figure walked past the postal worker, looking right at her but did not speak. The worker was amazed that anyone could have such pale skin and turned to take a second look, only to find that he had disappeared.

Further Comments: While out walking, Cathie Connelly encountered an illuminated domed object surrounded by tall men wearing one-piece overalls. The men had strangely tall foreheads, and one man who cleaned his hands using a duster smiled at the witness. As Connelly left the area, she turned back and realised they had gone.

Further Comments: A family fled their home after hearing loud bangs and scratching sounds throughout the night. An uncle who stayed after the family left realised the noises were coming from the chimney and, together with a gas engineer, freed a trapped cat that fled the scene.

Further Comments: A ghost hunter said he had been called to visit a property in this village after items moved from room to room, and pictures were removed from walls.

Further Comments: The local press carried a story that Parasearch were investigating this road after receiving a report of a phantom black haired woman in a cream coloured cloak who stood on the roadside holding a staff.

Further Comments: Three figures, all less than four-foot tall with tissue paper wings, drifted into a house in the town and interrogated a housewife for an hour. She said they looked like fairies, though they had laser beams on top of their heads and left via an eight foot long UFO.

Further Comments: Elaine (or Eleanor) and a monk were walled up alive in a secret tunnel which ran between the hall and Hales Abbey after their secret affair was discovered. She is said to now appear near the hall searching for her long dead lover, her hands clasped in regret. Another ghost which haunts the site has been named as Annie Eliza, the last Haden.

Further Comments: Former landlady Sarah may still keep an eye on her former pub; one witness observed a female form walking through a wall, while sounds of movement can be detected emerging from empty rooms. A man in old fashioned clothing has also been observed on the site.
