Further Comments: Reports slightly differed regarding this phantom horse. Although never seen, the creature would either be heard galloping, or a slower steady clop like a shire horse pulling a heavy load.

Further Comments: A ghostly coach and four passes over this bridge once a year. It is said to be driven by a headless Sir Thomas Boleyn and is one of eleven bridges that he passes over on the night of his daughter Anne's execution.

Further Comments: A taxi driver had to brake to avoid hitting a rider upon a white horse, both of which vanished as the vehicle stopped. While the encounter has since been declared a hoax, stories of a ghostly horse in the area continue.

Further Comments: Both ghostly horsemen and a phantom car have reported around this junction. The area is considered an accident black spot, begging the question whether ghosts cause the accidents or are they the products?

Further Comments: Locals say that the horses belonged to a Roman chariot; the driver lost control in the ice and snow, and the entire team fell into a deep ditch and died.

Further Comments: Having lost an illegal duel, this figure died; his ghost now staggers around the area, fooling people into believing he is still alive prior to vanishing. A man on horseback also appears in the park and is named as Dick Turpin.
